- How did you know about J-K Network Services?（どのようにしてJ-K Network Servicesを知りましたか？）
I was browsing jobstreet.com and found a job opening from J-K Network Services. If my memory is still accurate, the opening was for HR Japanese language. I decided to send my resume and a few days later I received a phone call and was immediately subjected to a phone interview for a quick assessment.
- Kindly rate our service from 1 star to 5 stars. （恐れ入りますが、私たちのサービスを1星から5星で評価してください。）
I put 5 stars on the service that has been provided to me. I am satisfied because first, my application, the mere fact I sent my resume to J-K Network Services, did not end in vain. It did take months to find a job that would suit my preferences. Mine was: to find a workplace within my hometown so I won’t have to spend so much time adjusting to a place I have never been; and to be able to land a job that would utilize and hopefully, help develop and improve my skills in Japanese. Through J-K Network Services, I was able to meet them. Another thing I commend about the services provided by J-K was the activeness in maintaining coordination for things to go smoothly. In my case from the introduction to the prospective employer, scheduling and rescheduling of interviews, and after-service/feedback assessments. And even telephone calls at night! With constant communication, I was able to say that I was guided and that there was a follow through in every step until I got my job. To sum up, I am very satisfied by how J-K Network Services, especially the HR Japanese Specialists handled my case and with this I give them 5 stars.
- Who is your recruiter? What can you say about your recruiter?（あなたの担当は誰でしたか？あなたの担当へのコメントをお願いいたします。）
I cannot remember all the names (I’m so sorry) because everybody sounded like Ms. Chu. Everyone of them are extreme: extremely accommodating and extremely understanding. I can never thank them enough for all the time and effort spent to help me get employed. The team of HR Japanese Specialists also motivated me through their efforts to do my best to be prepared during my interviews so I can nail the job. In fact, I made sure to study and review some Japanese lessons on the day I was informed that my resume will be sent to a prospective employer for an evaluation. Everybody is a great motivator and I thank them for that.
- Are you satisfied with J-K Network Assistance?（当社のサービスにご満足していただけましたでしょうか？）
Yes, I am very satisfied. For a more detailed note please refer to the answer in Question 2.
- Will you refer our company to your friends, relatives or anyone who is looking for a job? Yes or No (why)（あなたのご友人、知人、親戚の方等でお仕事を探している方に当社を紹介していただけますか？はい、または、いいえ、でお答えください。理由もいただけますと幸いです。）
Yes, definitely. First, I see it as my own little way of giving back the blessings I have received because it is no joke trying to help a stranger, let alone someone you have never met in person. By refering your company my family and acquiantances I can somehow thank the staff, the people behind J-K Network Services. A simple referral can do something big just like mine. If I can do the same even in my own little way, why not?
- Do you have additional comment and suggestion?（コメントや提案がありますか？）
First and foremost, I would also like to apologize when I got late on my second interview schedule due to heavy traffic primarily caused by a soil erosion. I am still reflecting on it. At present, I am still trying to find other alternative routes to reach my workplace earlier and faster while bearing in mind that that will be my first and last tardy record. To the people behind J-K Network Services, thank you for placing your utmost trust in me and my skills when you referred me to ***** I am sure it must have been a boon or bane moment for the HR Japanese Specialists sending my resume for an evaluation to know if I can meet the company’s qualifications. I am delighted I got the job and I can never thank you enough for this blessing.
